When I feel anxious, overwhelmed, hopeless, et cetera, I turn to nature. Kinda cheesy, but a silly little neighborhood jaunt makes all the difference for me when I’m stressed. I made this zine about finding and documenting local nature a little over a year ago, and I wanted to share it today as a reminder to take care of yourself, get outside, and maybe go look for weird bugs or something.
